Preparing community directories is a long, arduous and often thankless task. Many residents don’t cooperate despite receiving several reminders. So the final product is always a major achievement, a symbol of the local leadership’s ability to persevere in collecting, collating and publishing data in a coherent, presentable and meaningful form.
