It felt good to read Rashid Khosravi’s letter, "Portraying a Parsi” (Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, November 21, 2016). His warm and positive comments about Pakistani cinema were uplifting.
I wish both our countries had continued their friendship as Bollywood movies shown here created an audience which had earlier dried up. This in turn encouraged Pakistani movie makers to make more new age movies. Sadly, there is already a slowdown.
We love being in touch with our Indian community and are able to do so, with Parsiana playing a role.
