A dispute over a parked car has led to a brutal assault and alleged death of 39-year-old Poona based software engineer Neville Battiwala (pictured) on January 20, 2018 reported The Times of India (TOI) the next day. Battiwala was purportedly assaulted by tour and travel operator Shriganesh Raskar and his two drivers Yogesh Kawade and Vikram Bhombe outside Battiwala’s Lullanagar residence on January 19. The trio are under arrest for murder and other charges under the Indian Penal Code and Maharashtra Police Act.
