In "The progressive patriot” (Readers’ Forum, Parsiana, July 7, 2017), Keki B. Cooper has made a suggestion to "issue a postal stamp or a high-denomination coin” in Dr Dadabhai Naoroji’s memory. Long years back, a stamp was published. At my behest (as a former chief executive officer of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet) the government of India brought out a five-rupee coin which was released by the then finance minister Jaswant Singh, at the National Centre for the Performing Arts, Bombay. The late Lt Gen Adi Sethna lent a lot of logistical support to me towards that effort. BEHRAM DASTUR
