Sixty-one members of the community attended the Dae mah jashan performed by seven priests in Perth under the auspices of the Zoroastrian Association of Western Australia on May 28, 2017, notes a communiqué from secretary Homee Wadia. The occasion was graced by Shayaz Mubarakai, the first Zarathushti member of the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia. The jashan was followed by beverages and refreshments brought by members of the Association.
