For sheer spousal loyalty, Roxna Swamy (pictured) deserves full marks on the strength of this book. She writes about her husband, the pugnacious and highly opinionated gadfly of Indian politics, Subramanian Swamy, with a devotion and approbation that is extraordinary even by the standards of sympathetic works of this genre. Many husbands would give their eyeteeth for such fealty.
