The present sad plight of the community is due to (1) screams for ‘reforms’ and (2) most of the speeches, letters, articles, etc, both for and against such ‘reforms.’ There are some who want to welcome interfaith marriages, initiation of children of alien fathers, Parsi crematoria and the cold-shouldering of scholar-priests and their guidance.
