Duplication and duplicity

Some of those opposing the building of a cosmopolitan hospital in The B. D. Petit Parsee General Hospital (PGH) complex have resorted to subterfuge to spread their message. The communications are sent out from email addresses such as parsikhabbar@gmail.com  (the original is news@parsikhabar.net) and pghospital2018@gmail.com. One message has used an altered masthead of on-line news portal Parsi Khabar.
On December 27, 2018, the anonymous message from the "Parsi Khabbar” address attacked Parsiana’s Editorial Viewpoint (December 21, 2018) "The deadline looms.” The email titled "Parsiana’s bogus deadline,” described the viewpoint as "devoid of any facts or analysis” and went on to criticize the financial propriety of the proposed Shroff Medical Centre of PGH. When asked to comment, Arzan Wadia, editor of Parsi Khabar mentioned that "we don’t know who is behind this... This has happened before.”
The statements in the December 27 email were repeated to undisclosed recipients, including Parsiana, on January 5, 2019 from pghospital2018@gmail.com. The party also shot out two other anonymous emails on January 5 and 11, both critical of the new Hospital project.
Pervin and Jal Shroff of Hong Kong had pledged USD 22.5 million (Rs 158 crores) to construct a new state-of-the-art cosmopolitan hospital which would pay a fixed amount and a percentage of their turnover to subsidize PGH’s losses.
