"Peace offerings” (Editorial Viewpoint, Parsiana, March 7, 2018) was very readable on two counts, namely, your mention of the probable electoral candidates for the Bombay Parsi Punchayet trusteeship; and the warring priests, who despite past differences, for once sat and prayed together at a jashan near Vansda in February 2018. Thank you for The K. R. Cama Oriental Institute seminar report "The road well traveled” (Parsiana, March 7, 2018).  A few months ago I finished reading Silk dreams, troubled road written by Johnny Bealley. I enjoyed your coverage of the seminar. "The tireless travelers” (Parsiana, March 7, 2018) narrating the car journey from London to Bombay via Moscow and China mentioned "Chengiz Khan is a perennial favorite for the locals” in Ulaanbaatar (formerly Ulan Bator), capital of Mongolia. What a shame that a mass murderer is a glorified icon. Hats off to Cyrus Rustom Patel referred to in "The lessons to be learned” (Editorial Viewpoint, Parsiana, January 21, 2018) for his victory in the Batliwala Agiary case where the Supreme Court held that "the order of the Joint Charity Commissioner is absolutely illegal.”       RASHID KHOSRAVI  ...
