Your editorial "The answers lie here" (Parsiana, April 7, 2019) on repugnant racist rules should encourage eminent liberal leaning lawyers to revisit the Davar-Beaman judgment of 1908. A positive change for gender equality in the definition of who is a Parsi Zoroastrian will compel all institutions that use this terminology to alter the status quo for the betterment of our community.
