Talati’s 8th East Bombay Bharat Scouts Group celebrated their 100th anniversary twice on two consecutive days, July 10 and 11, 2021, one with a small in-person gathering and another virtually. Their Guides Group, 68th East Bombay completed 35 years, noted group leader Rohinton Patel in conversation with Parsiana on July 20. On July 10, a few scouters and guiders celebrated the day with homage to the founder, Rustam Talati, "followed by the traditional ceremony of flag break and renewal of scout and guide promise and cutting a cake at the Scout Hut” at Azad Maidan, noted Patel.
