"Zend the boxer” (1948), "Zend the baker” (1950), "Zend the marathoner” (2012-2013), "Zend the conqueror” (2012) and "Zend goes to heaven” (2021). These are headlines which appeared at various times in the Press describing Zend Merwan Zend (December 9, 1935 to January 10, 2021). I simply called him Grandpa! At the age of 60, my grandfather (yes, I hero — worshiped him) suddenly descended into severe depression. My family couldn’t understand it. Either he was severely depressed or on a testosterone filled quest while swinging between the highs and lows of the chemical dopamine (Google it). The man who was a national level......

This IS a beautiful story indeed, and reminded me of what my Mum (who is 106 years old) wrote a couple of years earlier when she could still write, "jaah sudhee hoi sukay potana pug per oobhaa rehjo." It is a precious piece of paper for me.
