Subscribers’ comments

Subscribers’ views on Parsiana/the community as expressed on the subscription renewal form are published. Unless another name is affixed to the remarks, Parsiana assumes they are written by the subscriber.

I feel happy to read about the achievements of Parsis, but sad to read about the controversies and find that so many are so orthodox.

Very, very informative. Progressive and liberal views are expressed. Enjoy Berjis Desai’s articles (somewhat similar to Busybee, though not exactly).

Ervad KAIKHUSHRU LASKARI

Keeps me abreast of our community news.

Parsipanu matters appreciated, but not Bombay Parsi Punchayet brawls! A cartoon occasionally printed, as also traditional Parsi recipes, would be welcome additions. Best loved articles are by lawyer Berjis Desai, wonderfully comic, often leaving us guessing as to the identity of the character.

ZARINE N. KHAMBATTA

Accurate, informative, timely information disseminated to society.

MAGNUM INTERNATIONAL TRAVELS AND TOURS

Godspeed to Parsiana! The magazine has evolved wonderfully well and has today become the mouthpiece in almost every Parsi household. Well done!

Why don’t you include in Parsiana an occasional article of general interest from readers — something not necessarily on the community or religion? It would give the magazine greater dimension. Today Berjis Desai’s articles are the only material in that direction.

KHORSHED RUSTOM JAVERI

Amidst all the conflicting noise and views of different sections of our community, Parsiana serves as an anchor of sanity and reason. Kudos!

Your coverage is balanced. I find your publication worthy of sharing with friends and different communities.

I always look forward to receiving the semimonthly issue of Parsiana, specially Berjis Desai’s articles.

I request your publication to give more detailed information about Tata companies from the Group’s starting in India.
