Over 30 family members, friends and admirers paid tribute to Sir Hormusji Cowasji Dinshaw on Veer Nariman Road where his statue is situated, on his 161st birth anniversary on April 4, 2018. The function was organized by the Bombay Parsee Association (BPA) of which Dinshaw was a founder patron. He was a trustee of the Bombay Parsi Punchayet and the Aden Port Trust, a founder of The Zoroastrian Cooperative Bank Limited and founder president of the Iran League among other organizations. Floral tributes were paid by BPA president Vispi Dastur, representatives of the Iran League, Cowasjee Dinshaw Trust, Navsari Parsi Association and others. The Bombay Municipal Corporation was represented by Anjanee Kubade.
