Involved with Lionism for two decades, Viraf Mistry has been elected as district governor of Lions Club district 3231A1 for the year 2024-25 "with a thumping majority… He hails from the prestigious Lions Club of (Bombay) South Hill…He has held several prestigious district positions from 2005 to date and has worked with all the past international officers,” noted Capt Percy Master, principal public relations officer (designate) for the district. Master added that Viraf’s mother Dr Lily Mistry has been in Lionism for 27 years.
