Thirty-three awardees were felicitated at a function organized by the Ahmedabad Parsi Panchayat (APP) on February 18, 2023 at the Parsi Sanatorium lawns. The awardees included two doctors of philosophy and a chartered accountant, noted a write-up received from the APP office. Following a jashan ceremony, the names of the awardees were announced by APP joint honorary secretary Hoshang Karanjia.

Chief guest and holder of multiple Guinness World records in martial arts, Vispy Kharadi, "underscored the importance of a healthy mind with a healthy body… As a young boy he was deeply influenced by the ‘sheer passion’ of APP president Brig Jahangir Anklesaria (retd).” Kharadi was introduced to the audience by APP joint honorary secretary Firdose Kapadia.
The vote of thanks was delivered by APP trustee Kety Daruwala. The audience then partook of a gahanbar hosted from the funds provided by educationist Dr Armaity Davar, in memory of her parents, Soonamai and Dr Feroz.”
