The 98-year-old Bombay Parsee Association (BPA) recalled the contributions of intellectual, educator and social and political leader Dr Dadabhai Naoroji on his 193rd birth anniversary on September 4, 2018 by garlanding his statue at Flora Fountain in Bombay. Besides BPA, the other organizations represented were Iran League, Navsari Parsi Association, Bombay Panjrapole, Cowasjee Dinshaw Trust, Jashan Committee, Federation of Zoroastrian Associations for Welfare and Culture and the Bombay Municipal Corporation. On the same day, the organizations remembered the Parsi fallen heroes of the armed forces at the War Memorial in Khareghat Colony. Present were Parsi veterans of the armed forces and family members of some fallen soldiers.
