Subscribers’ comments

Subscribers’ views on Parsiana/the community as expressed on the subscription renewal form are published. Unless another name is affixed to the remarks, Parsiana assumes they are written by the subscriber.

Please do continue with your editorials. They are frank, fair and bold. I also enjoy the articles by Berjis Desai.

For a small community like ours spread all over the world Parsiana is like a binding glue. Keep up the good work.

Always a delight to receive and to read, often cover to cover (quite literally); keeps one aware and informed on all community matters, people, events and progress. May the Parsiana team continue its excellent work.

Fantastic coverage of the Parsi community.                       MEHROO F. DARUWALLA

I think long articles should be segmented by subtitles. At present the potential reader may decide to put off reading a long piece for a later time. As Parsiana is mostly received by Zoroastrian readers, every issue should have a religious article on Zoroastrian teachings, written by qualified scholars.

The editors reply:
We shall keep the suggestion of more segmentation in mind. Regarding religious articles, we do carry them on occasion but our primary focus is community news. Many scholarly articles are academic in nature and may not interest the lay reader or be barely comprehensible to them.
