Seventh grader Nekzaad Olpadwalla of Lady Engineer High School was awarded the Chhatrapati Bal Chitrakaar Puraskar 2022 for art organized by the Saraswati Purushottam Memorial Trust on February 27, 2022 at Ravindra Natya Mandir. The educational trust manages schools in Thana. Olpadwalla’s parents Mahafrin and Aspi acknowledge the guidance of drawing teacher Anand Kishore Meher and the encouragement of school principal Errick Elavia.
