Subscribers’ views on Parsiana/the community as expressed on the subscription renewal form are published. Unless another name is affixed to the remarks, Parsiana assumes they are written by the subscriber.

Now that Dr Farrokh Vajifdar is no more, Parsiana must source another impartial scholar (in the real sense!) who can answer so many doubts/queries regarding our history/religious literature.

Vajifdar was unique. Always prompt with his replies, courteous and refusing any monetary compensation from Parsiana for his sagacious contributions (not that we could afford much). We are fortunate there are individuals who are knowledgeable on the religion who we could turn to for clarifications. In the past we would rely on the high priests and we are always on the lookout for people who can assist us. Any suggestions are welcome.

Continue the good work you are doing. My grandson Neville Zarir Bharucha, age 26, is a concert pianist, at present almost finishing his third masters degree after completing his Bachelor of Commerce here.

Over the years we have given coverage to Neville when he has won a competition or played before a distinguished audience.

We have been subscribing to Parsiana since the days Dr Pestonji Warden started the magazine. Parsiana has steadily grown in popularity and acceptability due to its honest journalism and wide global spectrum of Zoroastrian news and views.

Community news from all over the world is very interesting; so also the lives of amazing, meritorious persons. Also enjoy humorous, witty stories. Wishing you many years of good journalism.

Parsiana is doing a great job in sharing global information on Zoroastrian personalities and events. Our youth being the future of the community, you must give more coverage to their achievements and views. Soldier on with your good work.
