Natasha does it again

For the second consecutive year Natasha Umrigar of Baroda, now 12 years old, has won the prestigious Golden Palette award at the international drawing competition at Macedonia, Greece, her proud parents Dinaz and Yazdi write to inform Parsiana (see "Golden Palette for Natasha,” Events and Personalities, Parsiana, August 21, 2009). Natasha Umrigar: repeat performance Umrigar’s painting was once again sent through Baro­da’s Hobby Centre and selected for the award from among several entries received from across the world. She was handed the award certificate at a well attended prize distribution ceremony at the Centre, an account of which appeared in Sandesh, Baroda’s local Guja­rati language daily on July 31, 2010. The children’s art studio St Cyril and Methodius — Bitola awarded the Golden Palette for the "best single creations at the XXVIII Exhibition,” as per the certificate received by Umrigar. ...
