Dr Keiki Mehta (below, right) was recognized with an Outstanding Award for Excellence in Ophthalmology by the Polish Ophthalmological Society at its conference "Innovations in Ophthalmology” on April 19, 2019.
The award was presented by Prof Ewa Mrukwa-Kominek, president, Innovations in Ophthalmology, and Prof Jerome Bovet, president, Presbymania. Mehta also spoke at the conference on the latest techniques used in laser cataract surgery, refractive surgery and on the latest tri-focal lenses, which following cataract surgery, helped one to see without spectacles.
