"It would be a mistake to become an entrepreneur without gaining work experience of five to 10 years,” states Houston based Feroze (Fred) Bhandara, chairman and chief executive officer of Ardenwood Group, the Houston based property management company that offers prime locations for lease/rent in the Houston area. He was conferred the Outstanding Entrepreneur of the year award by the World Zarathushti Chamber of Commerce following the global annual general meeting held in Bangalore last December.
