Died: Dr Jamshed Jiji Irani, 86, former managing director of Tata Iron and Steel Company Limited (TISCO, since renamed Tata Steel) and erstwhile director of Tata Sons plus other Tata Group companies, as also president of the Jamshedpur Parsee Association (JPA); on October 31, 2022 at Jamshedpur’s Tata Main Hospital following pneumonia with respiratory failure, post Covid.
