The Tata Sons annual general meeting (AGM) in August 2025 "will feature six representatives in the parent Tata Trusts including the three children of chairman Noel Tata,” states Mint of August 8. This marks the change in "the Tata Group holding company held annual shareholder meetings so far.” In addition to being a board member of Tata Sons, Noel will be attending the meeting in a personal capacity as well, being the company’s single largest shareholder.
