Late in the fourth quarter, the Baltimore Ravens were tied with the Buffalo Bills, 20-20. With 1:45 remaining, the Cam Newton Jerseys Bills were on the doorstep to scoring. “Yes, it was,” Harbaugh said.

After Singletary gained the first down, the Ravens were at the mercy of the Bills with no timeouts. The Bills knelt the ball until three seconds remained. ““When we were in the huddle, the call was to either strip the ball out or let him score,” Oweh said. “So, I was trying to strip the ball out – watch film, you’ll see it – [he] fell down. If the call was let him score, I’m going to let him score.”
