There was a record attendance of around 150 Parsis when Navsari High Priest Dastur Kaikhusru Ravji, the 18th Meherjirana made his first public appearance after his appointment. Ravji was the chief guest at the 176th salgirah of Bombay’s Avabai Ardeshir Wadia (Idawala) Agiary on July 2, 2019, noted managing trustee Godrej Dotivala while speaking to Parsiana on July 8. After the anjuman maachi and jashan the High Priest "dwelt at length on the types and number of fires required for places of worship,” noted Dotivala in an email.
Dotivala acknowledged the contribution of Agiary panthaky Ervad Shahvir Dastur and his team of mobeds and helpers for "looking after and maintaining the Agiary so well,” and that of trustees Gayomard Panthaki, Silloo Billimoria, Dr Minoo Bamboat, Veera Wadia and Kersi Wadia "in making this salgirah a memorable event.” The managing trustee thanked Ervad Darayesh Katrak for "generating religious fervor” among humdins with his monthly talks on Dae-pa-Adar roz at the Agiary.
