Eight-year-old Binaisha Dastoor of Poona (pictured) has qualified to participate in a finale for the National Young Authors Fair 2023 scheduled for March 30, 2024, notes her mother Azmin.
Binaisha has authored two books for young readers, Aurelya’s Magical Dream and When Ruby Meets Herself. "It is all about adventure and magic and imagination,” she told Parsiana on December 21, 2023. The budding author says she loves to read English playwright William Shakespeare and Indian mythology. Supported in her efforts by BriBooks, a platform for young authors, Binaisha has been awarded the International Star Kids Achievers Award for being among the youngest published authors.
Azmin told us that in the initial phase, her daughter was included in the Best-selling Young Authors League of the Pawar Public School where she studies and is now among the Best-selling Young Authors League in Maharashtra as well. F. J.
